This is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals in the IEP process. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process.
If you answer yes to one or more of the following questions, IEP Clarity might be able to help you:
IEP Clarity can help individuals improve their knowledge of the IEP process, use current special education laws and protocols to make data driven decisions for your child, create a plan for supporting your child, and overcome obstacles that may be holding your IEP meetings back from success.
IEP Clarity sessions can vary in length, but typically last 30 minutes for an initial consultation. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client.
IEP Clarity has suggested prices set; we do recognize that it is difficult to charge the same price to families whose children have such individualized needs. Suggested prices are posted, but please reach out and we promise to find a price point that works for you. More than anything, our goal at IEP Clarity is to support your child and your family.
IEP Clarity does not accept insurance at this time. Advocacy and coaching services are private pay. Most insurance plans do not cover educational advocacy or IEP coaching services. By operating as a private-pay service, IEP Clarity can offer customized, client-focused support without limitations or restrictions.
Advocacy services may not be tax-deductible for all families, but in some cases, they may qualify as a medical or educational expense. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.
As a special needs parent, I recognize that no two children are the same, and no two children require the same level of support. This is the beauty of an Individualized Education Plan. With this in mind, all prices listed are suggestions. I do not want families and children to be without guidance due to financial circumstances. If you are not able to afford the listed prices, please reach out and we will find a level of IEP support to fit your budget.
I am not a lawyer and I do not give legal advice. All advocacy and IEP decisions are your own. Due to current union and employment status, families living within Illinois school districts 145 and 146 cannot be represented by IEP Clarity.
