Christina saved my child’s IEP. I made my initial request for an IEP in the fall of 2024; the school made many mistakes and did not follow the IDEAS guidelines at all. The IEP they finally agreed to was inadequate and badly written. In May of 2025 the school did add some of my originally requested accommodations but the IEP was still not in compliance. Knowing that I had one year to file a complaint I gathered my documentation. I looked online and spoke with my resources but could not find a good example of a complaint. I wrote multiple drafts that I tossed. Then I met Christina online and she gave me the support I needed. She provided me with a template and some good guidance. She even reviewed my mess and helped me get it written right. With her final review I sent the complaint to the state. They reviewed it and found the school out of compliance in 3 of the 4 violations I documented. My child now has a new IEP and after a full year is finally on the right path. Christina had a huge positive impact on my child's education.
